DM3 - Digital Video Editing Level 2, 1pm-4pm, $225
This class includes advanced editing features, multiple sound tracks, and techniques for more sophisticated transitions and titles. We will also look at exporting to different file formats and popular services such as You Tube and Google Video.

Photoshop Elements Project Based Training:Â
This series of three classes plus one Web/Email class teaches you the basics for using Adobe Photoshop Elements. When you have completed the series of classes, you will have a good working knowledge of the program. Class Series length: The three classes are each 4 hours for a total of 12 hours of hands on training, plus one four hour Web/Email course. Students have their own computer to work on. Level 1 covers the Photoshop Elements work area, toolbox, and palettes. We will learn different methods of making selections in order to edit or duplicate parts of an image.
DM4 - Photoshop Elements Level 1, 1pm-4pm, $225
Adobe Photoshop Elements is a powerful, yet easy to use image-editing program for amateur to intermediate photographers or photo hobbyists. Photos can be repaired and enhanced for print and web by using the various image-editing features.

DM5- Photoshop Elements Level 2, 1pm-4pm, $225
Photos can be repaired in Adobe Photoshop Elements by using the retouching, editing, and color adjusting features. You can correct an entire image, or portions of an image.
In Level 2 we will explore different methods of fixing simple image problems using Automated, Quick Fix, and Levels. We will also use the clone stamp, red eye brush, and dodge and burn tools to repair and enhance our image. We will finally resize, crop, and learn how to rotate and straighten images.

DM6- Photoshop Elements Level 3, 1pm-4pm, $225
Layers can help you customize, edit, and add special effects to your image without making permanent changes to the original. In Level 3 we will create and manage layers using the Layers palette. We will also create interesting layer effects and adjust color and brightness using adjustment layers on an image. We will also work with type layers and text effects.

DM7 - Photoshop Elements for the Web and E-mail, 1pm-4pm, $225
This class covers different ways of acquiring and opening photos in Photoshop Elements. We will use the File Browser to view file information, digital camera data, open, sort, rotate, and delete image files. The differences between bitmap and vector data, file formats, and image modes will be covered.
Optimization is the process of compressing an image and display setting options to create small file size images for Web and E-mail. We will create small file size images using different optimization methods. Finally, we will create a Web photo gallery, a website that has a home page, thumbnail images, and gallery pages with the full-sized images. Photoshop Elements Level 1-3 is not required for this class.
